The Best Way To Create Server Information For A Custom Modpack

Creating your individual customized modpack could be a daunting job. If you are not familiar with the method, we might heavily suggest you consider using one of the pre-constructed packs accessible through the Twitch (Curse) launcher, or the ATLauncher. We have now many of these obtainable for installation through One Click Installer, and will even be happy to install some other packs that present server information - simply ship us a message!

Starting with Forge

All modpacks start with Forge. You can set up Forge itself like a modpack, by choosing it from the One Click on Installer page. It’s often suggested to choose the best-numbered build among those suggested by your mods’ authors. If you’re utilizing an older version of Minecraft, go along with the latest Forge build.

Creating and Uploading

Once you have a model of Forge that will work along with your mods, you can transfer your mods and configurations into their right positions among the server recordsdata. Create a folder referred to as mods (if one doesn't already exist) in the identical location because the forge and minecraft_server recordsdata and the libraries folder. Upload all of your mods into this (presumably new) mods folder. Simply open the File Manager and click on on Add File. On your computer’s file browser, choose every part that you simply wish to add and drag it into the add box in File Manager.

Configs, and so forth.

You may also have customized configuration information to go along with your choice of mods. You may add them to your modpack by copying them right into a folder called config at the same location as the mods folder. You will probably need to create the config folder when you have your individual config recordsdata; it isn’t created for you until you run the server program.
